Coach of the Year Award  

In Commemoration of Coach Dave Malofy, AYSO Region 708 created the "Dave Malofy Coach of the Year" award in 2007, with Dave being the first recipient. Dave was an exemplary coach who embodied the AYSO Philosophies of Positive Coaching, Everyone Plays, and Good Sportsmanship. This award is given to the coach that most exemplifies these values. If you feel a coach deserves this prestigious award by what they have done to brighten and enhance a child's love of the game, then please submit the coach's name with a brief description of why you feel they deserve this award. The recipient will be announced each year at the spring picnic.  Thank you in advance for your support of the AYSO, where kids come first.
